If you enjoy a cocktail from time to time, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all money, credit cards and cheques out of the casino. Pack only the money you anticipate to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could experience a success after a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky enough to catch a long roll at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that story seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink and wager. The two just do not go well together.

Leaving your cash at home is a bit dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to blow your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratuitous booze you can handle, but do not take charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your bombed self loses all the cash!

Permit me to carry this 1 step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my condominium, however since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.

Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink, it’s absolutely sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for a decimating, and costly, drink.
